After 16 years, Ms. Sandra L. Fitch, the Hill Country's "hostess with the mostest," has retired and sold Carrington House to Ms. Cynthia Ramos and Mr. David P. Butcher and their lovely family. Cynthia and David wish Sandy all the best in her retirement years and look forward to honoring her long time guests as well as welcoming new ones. Please return often to this site for updates as the house and grounds are presently undergoing renovations.
The Butcher-Ramos family is looking forward to re-opening Carrington House soon. Presently, we are remodeling, renovating, and landscaping. We seek to provide a warm, inviting, fun, and safe place for our guests, ourselves, and our two Great Pyrenees and little Chi-Beagle.
Once we complete the work, we will re-open Carrington House to guests with comfortable accomodations, sumptuous breakfasts, and special packages tailored to one's liking. Whether you are seeking a romantic Hill Country getaway, visiting the local wineries, or just wish to sit on the porch and watch the deer graze, we've got you covered at Carrington.
On-line bookings are coming soon, so please check back often to make your reservations. See you soon and welcome!
